Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the date,

on the date on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods; or
if you ordered multiple items as part of a single order and they were delivered separately: on the date on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

by providing a clear statement (e.g., via email or mail) of your decision to cancel this contract.

If this option is available on our website, you can also submit your cancellation using the cancellation button provided on the website.

To meet the deadline for cancellation, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we must refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

Exclusion or early termination of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply or may expire prematurely to the extent provided for by law. This may be the case, in particular, for goods that are manufactured to the customer’s specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
